History of Kiser Funeral Home

Kiser Funeral Home has been in existence since the early 1970s. Starting out as Fort Myers Funeral Home, it was purchased by Mr. Phil Kiser who had been a funeral director and manager in Fort Myers, Florida since the 1950s. He changed the name to Phil Kiser Funeral Home.

Mr. Kiser’s professionalism, integrity, wisdom, knowledge and dedication, which he demonstrated to families in Lee County, earned the funeral home the reputation for being one of the premier funeral homes in Fort Myers, a reputation which it still enjoys today. Although Mr. Kiser has been retired for many years, the staff at Kiser Funeral Home (including Manager Steve Schwinghamer who started working with Mr. Kiser in 1969) continues serving the Lee County area with the same qualities that made the Kiser Funeral Home what it was years ago - and is today. Kiser Funeral Home is a name you can trust.
